Conceptual Design and FEED
has a strong Process Design Group with expertise in Concept Development and Design. The concept stage development is supported by the cost data provided by the discipline and procurement team.
Based on the selected Conceptual Design the multi-disciplinary engineering team led by the process group will develop the conceptual design to FEED (Front End Engineering Design). The FEED will be detailed enough for the EPCC contractor to estimate the cost accurately.
Detailed Engineering
The achievement of the objectives of the Detailed Engineering is mostly dependent on the proper coordination and interface with all the discipline specialist engineers and the Client. This critical activity will be monitored and facilitated by the Project Management team. The Project Manager supported by Planning Engineers and Document Controllers shall coordinate and provide the leadership for the execution of the project.
Project Management Consultancy
The Professional PMC Team ensures their experience is used to anticipate problems in advance and mitigate the same to avoid project delays and cost over run.
Health Safety and Environment issues are given top priority. Thorough analysis of HSE impact is done at various stages of the project development.
PMC team with special expertise in Design Management, Procurement Management, Planning, Construction Management, QA/QC and Commissioning are employed as per development stage of the project.
Operation & Maintenance
Sevin’s qualified and experienced engineers and technicians are capable of planning and executing operation and maintenance jobs for Oil & Gas Facilities, Refineries, Power plant and petrochemical facilities. Start up and Shut down, turn around, modifications, retrofits, upgrades, supply of chemicals, materials and equipment, fabrication and welding, valve testing, NDT services are all part of our O&M services. Mechanical and E&I maintenance services are also undertaken by our specialist team.
Preparation of Commissioning Procedures and Preparation of Operating Manuals is part of O&M expertise.
